How much does shipping cost?

For UK delivery, it is free of no cost. International Shipping is calculated at checkout, which is typically £1.99. Please note this option is without tracking.

Tracking Details:

For UK Orders, this is: £1.99 if your purchase is under £25. If your purchase is over £25, you will receive free tracking. 

For international orders, this is: £3.99 if your purchase is under £30. If your purchase is over £30, you will receive free tracking.  

Do you ship to my country?

As of now, we ship to the majority of countries. These are available to view at checkout. 

 

Will I have to pay any duties along with my international order?

No you will not, for any enquires please contact us on our contact page. 

 

When will my order arrive?

Once an order is placed, they are packed and shipped within the same day. The delivery time for domestic orders is usually 1-4 business days. European orders take 5-10 business days whereas international orders take 6-12 business days. 

Please be mindful of potential delays due to the current pandemic. 

 

I didnt recieve my order confirmation or tracking email, what should i do?

Please email us providing us with your name, email and order number on our contact page. We’d be more than happy to help.

 

I entered the incorrect details at checkout, how can i fix this?

In this case contact us immediately, providing details which need to be corrected. This is to ensure we are able to correct your order in time before it is shipped off. 

 

My item is lost in the mail, what do I do?

Please do contact us if you have yet to receive your order, we know this can be very frustrating.

It is important to note that we are not responsible or accountable for any items lost or damaged during shipping however if you are experiencing difficulties, please do contact our customer service team, who would be more than willing to assist you.
